James H. Kern, M.D. has performed laser-assisted abdominal and gynecological surgeries for more than 18 years. His knowledge and expertise led him to add the latest dimension in laser technology to his practice, SmartLipo™. He also has an extensive practice in facial rejuvenation techniques utilizing the latest laser and pulsed light technologies as well as other FDA-approved treatments including BOTOX, Restylane, Juvederm and cosmetic anti-aging therapies.

He uses some of the latest techniques in spider vein therapy. Dr. Kern has expanded his practice to help patients learn how advances in minimally invasive surgical techniques may offer safer and more comfortable options to traditional surgery. He has undergone specific and advanced training in Laser Lipolysis and Liposculpture. He has further undergone specific training in ultrasonic lipolysis as well as body-jet water assisted bodyshaping techniques. Through his newest medical office at The Image Enhancement Center, Dr. Kern is pleased to help patients become more knowledgeable about the choices that will work best for them among the latest treatments available.
